Privacy & launch terms

Mo Pop uses information submitted through these forms to review Founding Partner applications, plan delivery coverage and driver opportunities, measure pre-launch interest, and contact you about the launch.

What we collect

Depending on your form, we collect contact details, business information, delivery preferences, approximate volumes, ZIP codes, and restaurant suggestions. We also use short-lived submission counters to limit abuse. Please do not include sensitive identity, payment, medical, or insurance information.

How information is handled

Submissions are stored in Mo Pop’s database and available through a restricted administration dashboard. Hosting and infrastructure providers process this information to operate the site. We do not publish your individual submission or contact details on the public website.

Founding Partner pricing

$5.99 is a starting Founding Partner delivery rate, not a guaranteed rate for every delivery. Pricing varies by distance, delivery requirements, and restaurant plan. Program availability and eligibility are subject to review. Indicating interest in routing 60% or more of eligible deliveries is not a binding commitment.

Customer launch credit

Customer waitlist members may qualify for $10 in launch credit for eligible Mo Pop orders. Eligibility and final terms will be announced before launch. Credit is not cash and may be subject to minimum order values, service-area availability, expiration, and other conditions. Joining the waitlist does not create a cash balance.

Driver interest

The driver waitlist is not an employment offer, onboarding approval, or guarantee of delivery volume or earnings. Requested minimum payout information is used for planning. Any driver terms and eligibility requirements will be provided separately before onboarding.

Pre-launch status

Delivery fulfillment and the consumer marketplace are not yet live. Dashboard illustrations describe planned functionality. Service areas, launch timing, integration availability, and final program terms will be confirmed before launch.

To request correction or removal of your submission, reply to any launch communication you receive from Mo Pop. A dedicated public privacy contact and retention policy are being finalized before recruitment begins.
